Junior Relationship Manager
New Delhi · Connaught Place · Full-time · Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)
An entry point into wealth and broking. You’ll support our relationship desk in servicing PCJ’s clients — onboarding, account queries and helping them use our platforms — with training and mentorship along the way.
What you’ll do
- Assist Relationship Managers with client servicing and onboarding
- Help clients use PCJ Invest and PCJ Wealth, and resolve account & operational queries
- Coordinate with dealing, depository and compliance teams
- Keep client records accurate and follow KYC/compliance processes
What you bring
- Graduate in any discipline; 0–2 years’ experience (freshers welcome)
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Willingness to obtain NISM certification
- A patient, customer-first attitude

Senior Relationship Manager
New Delhi · Connaught Place · Full-time · Experience: 4+ years
Own and grow relationships with HNI and priority clients — the human, high-touch side of PCJ. You’ll be the single point of contact clients trust, coordinating service, products and the wider team.
What you’ll do
- Manage and deepen a portfolio of HNI and priority-client relationships
- Deliver a genuinely high-touch service experience
- Help clients access the full product suite — equity, F&O, mutual funds, PMS/AIF distribution, IPOs — through the right channels
- Ensure KYC and compliance on every account, and mentor junior RMs
What you bring
- Graduate (MBA/finance preferred); 4+ years in relationship management across broking, wealth or BFSI
- A strong client network and excellent relationship skills
- Relevant NISM certifications
- Impeccable integrity

Client Acquisition Executive
New Delhi · Connaught Place · Full-time · Experience: 1–3 years
Drive PCJ’s growth by bringing in new clients — from the first conversation to a funded, active account.
What you’ll do
- Generate, qualify and follow up on leads
- Explain PCJ’s offering and open demat & trading accounts
- Guide prospects through 100% online eKYC
- Meet acquisition targets and keep a healthy pipeline, then hand over to the relationship desk
What you bring
- Graduate; 1–3 years in sales or business development (BFSI/broking preferred; strong sales talent welcome)
- Target-driven with excellent communication
- Comfort with CRM tools and local client meetings
